Terms and Conditions of Service
Can Do Trash Can Concierge LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided through Can Do Trash Can Concierge LLC (“Can Do Trash Can Concierge,” “we,” “us”). By signing up for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced at signup (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Our Role
Can Do Trash Can Concierge operates a service coordination platform that arranges trash and recycling can-to-curb and return services.
2. Services
Based on your selected plan, a CanRunner will:

Move designated trash and/or recycling containers to the curb before municipal pickup
-
Return containers to their storage location after collection
Service timing may vary due to routing, weather, access conditions, or municipal schedules.
3. Access & Property Conditions
By subscribing, you authorize access to your property solely for can-to-curb services. You are responsible for:

Providing safe, unobstructed access

Securing pets
-
Removing hazards
-
Ensuring containers are usable and compliant with local rules
Service may be skipped if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible. Skipped services are not refundable.
4. Municipal & Holiday Schedules
Trash collection schedules are controlled by municipalities and may change due to holidays or government action. We are not responsible for missed or altered pickups caused by municipal schedule changes. No credits or refunds are issued for services affected by such changes.
5. Pricing & Fees
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan, including:

Taxes or regulatory fees

Administrative or scheduling fees (if applicable)
Fees are billed in advance and may change with pri
or notice.
6. Billing & Automatic Renewal
By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing to your chosen payment method until cancellation. Failed or declined payments may result in service interruption.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time using our designated cancellation method.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Rental & Managed Properties
If the serviced property is rented or managed, you are responsible for:

Notifying tenants or guests

Ensuring lawful access

Complying with lease and HOA requirements
9. Communications & Text Messaging
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related messages and optional promotional texts.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.
10. Service Issues
Concerns regarding completed services must be reported within 7 days. We will review the issue and determine appropriate next steps, if any. Reviews do not guarantee refunds or credits.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under New Jersey law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period
12. Disputes & Governing Law
We encourage informal resolution of disputes. Certain disputes may be subject to binding arbitration only if expressly agreed to. These Terms are governed by New Jersey law, except where prohibited.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse, interfere with, resell, or attempt to reverse engineer our platform or services. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
